For the last 60 years, Rando Machine has been a leader in manufacturing of systems to process non-woven fiber web products. The equipment that we have built for the residential and industrial abrasives industries are a perfect example of the wide ranging applications that we support. These systems manufacture scrub pads and floor buffer pads using cotton, nylon, polyesters, and hog hairs in weights that range from 25 g/m² - 1400 g/m².

Our systems can produce products in a range of abrasive strength, from fine, light, medium and coarse to super course, 3 to 200 denier, and 60 to 1000 grit. These advanced systems are also versatile and can be used with a number of bonding methods, ovens, water entanglement, bonding resins, needle punching, and spray bonding.
