New and improved! Rando SB Feeder upgrades make it easier to maintain your machine.

Our engineers recently developed a completely new modular bolt-together frame to replace the older style welded construction. The new design is easier to maintain and allows you to replace or repair damaged or worn components with efficiency and ease.

Other upgrades include:
 

• Skid plate guides that prevent fiber buildup at the Feedroll and Lickerin.
• New style Undercarriage with four driven knurled rolls for a more positive drive of the fiber. These new knurled rolls replace the older style smooth rolls that were only partially driven.
• Pneumatic roll-back system makes it easy to separate the Feeder and Webber for routine maintenance.
• New, larger dual independent vacuum fans with AC variable speed motors replace smaller, older fixed-speed fans with dampers for air control.
• New, more aerodynamic fans and hood on the Feeder provide more uniform airflow.
• Independent, direct drive AC variable speed gear motors on each of the Feeder aprons replaces older design, with a motor running the elevator and floor aprons and another running the stripper apron—each with sheaves and v-belts as required.
• PVC aprons with slats mounted to the underside of the apron to prevent fiber loss and simplify maintenance.
• Includes IEC category 3 safety.
