Rando Controls let you retain machine settings for a particular fiber or product as a formula, so you may simply reload the program the next time it is run. This means you no longer have to change gears or airflow when you change products. Screens that allow you to change ratios for readout values are also included. These are useful when you need to change sprocket or gear ratios to accommodate large changes in component speeds, which are outside the useable range of the variable speed motors.
