Control is at your fingertips with the Rando-Web Process â . Each fiber type, denier, or staple length may require a slightly different speed relationship among the various components to achieve proper opening and web quality.   The Control System supplied by Rando allows for a wide range of variability of individual roll speeds, fan speeds and overall production speeds.   Machine settings for a particular fiber or product can be retained as a formula and simply reloaded the next time it is run.   This eliminates the need for gear changes and manual changes to airflow, with product changes.
